The Treatment Intervention Inventory-Juvenile (TII-Juvenile) is a troubled youth outpatient assessment instrument or test. The TII-Juvenile consists of 143 questions and takes 25 minutes to complete.

The TII-Juvenile is designed for use in juvenile courts, juvenile probation departments, outpatient counseling settings and counseling or treatment programs. TII-Juvenile reports help identify troubled youths' problems and concerns, and when appropriate, match problem severity with treatment intensity.
